I own a local food truck and had some starting issues with my 9500 predator generator. I spoke with Austin several times about what could be wrong and he really helped me troubleshoot my problem. He was very patient with me which was awesome because Im not very motor savy. I called Austin at Elite Small Engine Repair and told him I had just cleaned under the deck of my 1-yr old Toro personal pace mower and upon restarting, it smoked and was blowing out fluids.  I was prepared to drop off to him.  He said I likely tipped it on the air filter side when cleaning (yup, I did that) causing gas to get into the air filter. He was absolutely right and his honesty and time on that initial call saved me the trouble of dropping off and a service fee for something that resolved itself. It’s worth noting I called two other businesses prior, telling them exactly the same scenario.  One up around the university wasn’t available that day (in the middle of the day) for me to drop off and then Farm & Home Hdware said I could drop off but would likely take 10 days to get it back!!!
